Fochriw (NE, E)
		Fochriw, From the A465 (Heads of the Valley) follow the A469 to Pontlottyn, turn right (sign posted Fochriw). Follow the road around the bend and up the hill, as you pass the last houses on the left watch for a gate and track off to the left. Follow this track along until the road splits, bare left and go up and around the tump. When the road levels off park up and the slope is to your left.
