Meio (N, NW, W)
		Meio, From M4 Junction 32 take the A470 North sign posted Merthyr/Pontypridd. Take the third exit off the A470 sign posted Rhydfelin. At the rounderbout take the fourth exit and then turn immediately right infront of the Peugoet garage. Follow this road up the hill until you cross a small stream, after the stream turn left up the hill. Follow this road up until you come to a junction, turn right (sharp corner). Go along this road for approx 200yds and you'll be at the base of the Meio. Park where the road opens out and take a short walk up the front of the slope, fly where the conditions are best.
